This darn thing is killin me. I have always been able to find out what something is online but this one is stumping me. I emailed BMS (Broaching Machine Specialties) and they didnt even know what it could be. Odd.
I have these tools that I have no idea what they are. I didnt want to throw them all out if they were not trash. I have tons of them but they look like something someone might need someday. I hate throwing stuff out that has value. I guess a shop hoarder??
Anyway they have the following marked on them:
Larger tool: CHUCK "F/" or "Fl" (not sure which) Also has BROACH - PULLER on it.
Smaller tool: SW 92660 Chuck Ass'y. - ROGUE TOOL CO. Winthorp Washington
I have long wondered what they are. I read up on Broaching but didnt find exactly what these are for.
I appreciate any help at all. Or just lead me into the direction that will help if anything. Thanks.

Have you Googled 'Broach Puller'?
Broaching can be done by pushing the broach through the part which is often how it is done when making a keyway by hand broaching in an arbor press. On a production scale though the broach is often pulled through the part.
An open mind is a virtue...so long as all the common sense has not leaked out.
Yeah I have pretty much researched it to death. I have ready dozens of websites, read and viewed patents for pulling chucks to see if anything even looks close but nothing. When that broaching company sent me that email saying they had no idea what it was made me lose steam. lol.. Its odd becuase it says it right on the tool. who knows?? lol Thanks
