Grinding Nightmare

Hi All,

I'm looking for some info on grinding Tungsten Copper ( 70/30 )

I'm just starting out ( I'm a Lathe guy by trade )

I have a Rollmatic NP5 Pinch Peel Grinder.

So far I've had my best results using only my roughing wheel.

Any thoughts?

What's your coolant concentration and type? What issues are you having? Wheels loading up, part getting hot and distorting, finish?
