I've been using my Router/Plasma table for the last few years but have only used the Router portion. I want to switch over and try some Plasma cutting but finding a supplier for 4x8 sheets of 1/16 and 1/8 steel seems to be difficult. Where do you get your steel from? I live in Western Carolina and travel to Atlanta once a month so purchasing steel in the Atlanta area is an option. If anyone has any recommendations on who to contact or how to go about finding steel that woudl be a big help. I can get steel from a local truck bed fabricator in town here but If I recall a 4x8 sheet of 14 gauge steel was over $150. I have no idea what is a good price or not. |
