Need help fabricating parts... $$$

Folks,

Working hard on my hobby projects and luck would have it both my lathe and little CNC mill want to s##$%ts. Need help completing parts as my show time is quickly approaching I am afraid will not be able to finish my hot rods on time because of that.

If you are interested in a little $ on a side let me know or PM me.

Briefly I need 2-3 sets of 3 parts in each set. I have the stock and can send it to you or you use yours. At the very least I need 2 steel parts turned and 1 aluminum part milled (2.5D both sides) Equipment needed is CNC mill capable of 13x13 travels and better than a thou functional positioning accuracy and CNC or Manual well aligned lathe. And of course a skillful operator. I can prepare CAM output for your mill.

I will give details to those interested. I am in WA.

Cut well......

round ones are roughly 5" in diameter and the sticking out shaft has a taper. I need at least lathe work done on the round ones, circular hole pattern I can still manage with my handicapped equipment here.

Plate (aluminum):

is 12x12" and would have to be CNC milled on both sides.

surface finish doesnt matter but tolerances for hole centers and a bore in a center must be < 0.001. Also must be skimmed on both sides prior to milling to ensure parallelism of both surfaces. It is 1" plate but if it comes out to be thinner it is ok.

Round parts (mild steel).

Again I can live without holes but all lathe work needs to be done. Taper would need to be within 0.003 accurate other dimensions are even less critical. Since both round parts are shaft adapter for high rpm shaft, their surfaces will need to be dead on parallel.
