tungsten grinding

good afternoon. with all the metal guys here there must be some who grind tunsten tips for welding puroses. we hand grind on a 9" disc presently but want to get away from the differances between individuals when done this way and do away with the grinding dust health issues. we are looking to go to a diamond wheel type machine that uses a grinding fluid and where the solids/dust particles are deposited in a sum.
what luck has anyone had with these types of machines. anything to watch out for and what did users pay? thanks, steve

thanks for the link. very informative.
is there anyone out there welding or having welders welding all day long 5 days a week that has a production made dedicated setup for tungsten tip grinding?
we have 12000 occurances for sharpening a year, so you can see our interest in options. we are also sticklers on knocking the very tip off and the production type machines i have seen do that.
thanks for any input you may have.
