    making stainless screws

so, i need 2 different custom stainless steel screws. ive looked for something off the shelf and just cant find anything.

my biggest issue is figuring out a good way to make a 1/8" socket for a hex key. its too small to mill, and theres no money for fancy things like rotary broaches and i havent got a lathe anyway.

whats a practical way of dealing with this? alternatively, does anyone know a place that can do a small volume of custom screws (a hundred or 2) for a cheap price?

spark erode? a rotary broach is handy to have in your arsenal though.
