| I need an opinion. Ive attached a piece, the plate from a stamp. There are 4 dimensions there. The problem is that after machining on a HURCO (3 axes) using PRO Engineer 4 for programming, the dimensions, starting from the start hole, had displacements in an arithmetic progression. Like instead of 47 it was 47.2 mm. Then , instead of 80.6 it was 90. Then 114 it was 114.6. We couldn't figure it out because the other holes are ok after measuring. If anyone has an idea of what the cause may be or it has happened to him please leave a reply. |
