Looking for some insight on what codes people would use on 11.5 threads on 2.375 O.D aluminum.  |

| What do you mean codes? just throw a threading cycle in it if you have a lathe or helical interpulate it if your doing it on a mill. doesnt make any difference if its alum or stelite you still have to have the lead 1/11.5 = lead ie the number you put into the code to get the thread. |

| NPT. I should have mentioned that in the post. Using a Doosan 200 w/ fanuc controls. I used some numbers I had ona previous program and just changed the starting point. |
