Hay guys, I am having some issues drilling small holes in titanium Ti-6AL-4V (1mm and smaller). Can anyone recommend a drill to use for this application? I will be drilling no deeper than .600 and I am using a water soluble coolant. Is that part of my problem? Price is not an issue, I have hundreds of holes to drill. |
