buy a cheap chinees version and fix it as per instructions on the previous post. For a home shop its probably as good as you need.
I have compared mine after i trued it up to a real one from a machinist repair and they were very comparable. His bubble settled a little faster and the metal of the body was hardend above marshmellow cast iron (like the chinees). but if your REAL carfull with it (which goes without saying  ) you will be fine.
I think i got mine a couple of years ago for 35.00ish dollars. (on sale)
