| Hi, I'm designing my first cnc machine. I'm choosing from different materials, bearing sets, motors, etc. But there are too much parts to combine and make a good working cnc machine. I'd been using a cnc machine for a couple of days on a small workshop. This cnc is made in my country, Uruguay, it's expensive and doesn't work well. My question is wich is the tool that I can place in my cnc?, work in wood, and also aluminium, I'm very interested in working aluminium. My table is medium size, 1mt x 1mt. X axis is 3/4'', has acme of 3/4'' in X Y and Z axis. I'd seen deWalt and Bosch but.. 4kg and 6kg. I would like my machine to be fast working. 11000 RPM is too fast for aluminium? Thanks for everyone who can help me I'm begginer, I don't write in english very much. |
