    is it possible to drill 0.1mm and 0.05mm hole in copper or steel ?

    Don't know about the .05mm, but we do .004" drills quite often. (about .1mm) lots of rpm, and done on a high precision die mold mori seiki. Mist coolant, lots pecking.
