We are looking to find recommendations for CNC milling company in US or abroad to mill large volumes of golf club heads from hastelloy or monel. Billets will require engraving. Final finish to club heads will be provided by others (annodizing, polishing, etc.) Thanks all! |

| I can't give any suggestions for doing the work but I am intrigued why you want to make glof clubs out of those materials.

| I woulnt use monel, its too soft. Hastoloy would be my pick, but other exotic metals would be good also waspoly, hanse(sp) Inconels Monel aka nickle 400, you can dent it pretty easy, I cut it all the time, I feel it would be too gummy and soft and would cushion alot of energy when the club connects with the ball. I am not a golfer and have no clue about the game or clubs. we used to make putters and some clubs out of exotics as the boss's projects for friends. even used stelite on a puttr once. |

| These sound like they'd be ridiculously expensive. If they cost 2-3 times what the major established brands cost, who's going to buy them?
