    Rework a nickle plated part

    I have some parts that were electroless nickle plated. The part has a counterbore that calls for a .005 radius max and it has a .010 radius. Is it possible to machine it without stripping the plate?

    Well I just answered my own question, yes. I set the parts up and gave it a shot no problem. Tiain coated carbide endmill piece o cake.
