3/8 or 1/2 shank end mill or indexable with at least 1" cutting diameter

I am looking for either a 3/8 or 1/2 shank end mill or indexable end mill that had at least a 1" cutting diameter. I am using a taig mill and need to surface a 1" piece of 12L14 steel but cannot accept anything larger than 1/2. let me know where I can find one of these

    Make one !!
Use a piece of 1/2 " dia CRS, and weld a cemented carbide lathe turning tool (at a slight angle)on the end. I've made lots of these and they work great
