Endmill bit and holder.

I have Poter Cable router. Now I need to have endmill bits and bit holder for the router.

I am planning on working wood and light metal work.

Would you recommand which endmill bit and tool holder I can use.
Also if you know good web site to purchase them, please guide me where I cam buy them.
