Question Help Centering a Conical part.

I have a funnel shaped part that I need to machine the edge or rim face if you will in the mill. The ID & OD are unfinished so using a standard DI center finder won't work well. I could simply use an edge finder but the precision might vary due to the unfinished OD. The part has a hole in the bottom so I can run a pin up thru the center. Looking for suggestions. Think about how you'd center up a funnel in the mill. Thanks.

How about mounting a dial indicator mounted in the spindle

as you rotate spindle you can see, how much to move table
    to center it
