What does NFR stand for?

HI,

Just pulled a piece of stock labeled 6061-T651 NFR.

I get the rest but do not know what NFR stands for. Any ideas?

I have never seen that marking and can't find anything out about it

That reminds me of an alarm on an Okuma Cadet that I ran for a while. If I didn't put a G50 at the begining I got the alarm "Maximum Revorutions".

Laughed my ass off until I realized that the person who wrote that could speak and write at least two languages while I can barely speak one (nope, can't spell half the time either).

OK, still kind of funny. Just the attempt at sounding a foreign language out when you have an accent.
