Hi, Just joined CNCzone.com and have just general questions. I've never ordered thru any laser cutting, forming services in USA and wanted to find out the procedures for ordering and requirements for ordering parts with forming option(like box shapes).......I don't know how individual company takes CAD file with forming options........(must provide with unfolded figures with unfolded length or individual company can provde that unfolding figure services and things like that)......Please, reply with detail information as much as possible..........Thank you for your support....^^ |

| If they can't unfold a part then they probably shouldn't be building dies in the first place. Is there a charge? Depends on the company but unless you're familiar with reliefs and general sheetmetal stamping/forming, you're model will probably need some work anyways. Give these guys a call: http://www.quick-way.com/metal-stamping.html They can answer any questions you might have in much more detail. Regards, Chuck
