15 degrees on each side, for cutting aluminum, with a blade around .75 preferrably but shorter ok, has anyone seen one of these available. I cant afford to have one made custom. thanks R.  |

| Was just looking for some dovetail cutters and had the Harvey tool catalog open. Largest they have listed is a 30° included angle cutter, 1/2 diameter, 5/16 length of cut, $108.00, part # 16532. If nothing else drill & ream a hole in the end of a 3/4 bar at the 15°, put a few set screw holes in it. Put a length of high speed steel in the hole and spend some time at a bench grinder putting a cutting edge on it. |
