How should do to increase steability and accuracy during procession?

We need new and best methods to increase this machine steability, may some kind engineers could give ur valuble idea. Once we researched and developed one set machine hm-241x cnc milling machine. It has upgrated from hm-145x cnc milling machine with linear guide ways. More larger work piece and much quicker spindle speed are all it s advantages. But every coin has two sides as we all know. Its spindle box is too heavy to give more steability during machining. So we add two triangle casting piece to left and right sides at the back of spindle. You could view these two casting pieces in attachment. I wonder is this method is best one and is there any other best methods to sovel this problem?
