Router collet insert adapters

Hello,

We have a CNC XYZ router with a Bosch spindle. It accepts endmills with a 1/4" shank. We have an assortment of endmills: mostly 1/4", 1/8" and 1/16". The router has a single collet which takes 1/4" shank bits. In order to use 1/8" endmills as well as 1/16" ones, we need either to change the collet or to use a collet bushing insert. Can someone tell me a single vendor which carries the 1/4" to 1/8" reducer insert as well as a 1/4" to 1/16" insert. I have only found 1/4 to 1/8 reducers and 1/8 to 1/16 inserts but no 1/4 to 1/16.

These work fine. Don't get caught up in buying "generic" ER-20 collets. They are not all the same. I have 1/8th, 1/4th, 3/8th, and 1/2". These are worth there weight in gold. You also need the nut and wrench from them.
