Metalwork milling tutorial/beginners guide?

I've done a cursory search relating to "milling for newbies" but haven't found anything as of yet. Is there something I can look to here or another forum where I can begin to learn how to mill?

I realize this is a "CNC" zone but man! There's so much here! I believe that it would be in best interest to learn manual milling before even attempting to do a CNC setup.

Any direction would be greatly appreciated!

If a Google search doesn't come up with something brilliant online in short order, they're my go-to. In the case of basic skills like milling, welding, turning, etc you can often do a lot better at SmartFlix than online. And, of course, if you get stuck then you'll be able to ask specific questions that'll get quick answers in the forums.
