It looks like I've got a bunch of this stuff to mill, what have you had success with?? I'll be using mostly Ticn coated Helical brand end mills and various branded carbide drills and thread mills. The machine is a Milltronics VM24, cat 40. Thanks in advance. |

| I have done alot of it on a lathe but not much on mill. The closest I have on a mill was alloy 75 the best thing I found to use was surfcam trumill i can run at tail pucker speed and feeds. I would recomend a MA ford 7 flute end mill the part number for the .500" i use is 18050012B look it up and see what you think |
