How to manufacture this part.

Hello

as a flight helmet collector (modern and older pilot helmets) it is hard to find certain parts because manufacturing ceased. While searching the net I got into contact with cnc manufacturing parts. This is a unique and fantastic way to make parts and the possibilities seem unlimited.

Unfortunately I have no CNC training or CAD programming whatsoever so I'm looking for a way to have a certain part manufactured.
It is a aluminium mounting bracket that attaches to a helmet.

I do have a lot of detailed high resolution pictures and a rough technical drawing.
Could someone point me in the right direction to have this part
(need 5 of them) designed in CAD and CNC made in gun-metal
colored aluminium ?

I'm looking forward from hearing a good solution.
Thanks very much and best regards.

Buy me a Beer?

Do you have an actual part? If so, scanning it in would be a good way to get the part modelled in 3D. If not, it can still be done by photos, it would just be a bit more difficult.

Please e-mail me your contact info to mike(at)mcpii(dot)com if you would be interested in having me investigate further.

This is probably best suited here: Employment Opportunity and RFQ (Request for Quote) http://www.cnczone.com/forums/employment_opportunity/

Im sure if you do a search on the web, you should be able to find machines shops capable of machining those brackets in your country. Otherwise you can post in that section to get some better feedback for what you're suggesting to be made. From what I see on my crappy old monitor, it looks like a stamping.
