Hey guys!! Im making some parts that have some crazy threads...is there a thread calculator out there thats free?....if not what is the best way to figure out the data..it's not in my hand book...Thanks |

If you have not found the thread data that you need, I have provided it below. I have to assume that the thread is an external due to the allowance class for the pitch and major diameters are g and h, not g or h. The dimensions below are in metric. If you covert them to inch, make sure you multiply by at least .03937, not .0394 or something. M67 x .5-4g4h Major Dia 67.000 / 66.933 Pitch Dia 66.655 / 66.590 Max minor dia 66.438 Width of flat at minor dia .125 /.072 Wire size .288688 Meas over wires 67.08801 / 67.02301 |

| Slaps- I am curious. Just where did you run across a metric fine thread M67x.5???? I found a M67 x .75 , 4h and 6g. 0.5 pitch I could only find M65, M68 and M70 and they are 4th choice. Very rare. I think in your place I would check again. Anybody out there knows more? |
