In the past year our tool life went from 160 pc's down to 40 pc's on the roughing insert turning 8620. We are having trouble breaking the chip and part incosistancies. I have checked the heat and found that the sulfer content was around .01-.013 (range is .04 max) Has anybody been having this problem. |
