Where can I learn how to weld like this

Hello,
I currently have an apprentice in our shop who is very interested in learning the type of welding done on mold tooling. Is there ant sort of training class or school for this?

The welding on these web sites is what he would like to learn how to do. Anyone have any info on how these guys do this?

Had a chance to visit Micro Fusion welding. Met Dan and toured they're shop. He even let me try my hand at microwelding. I had no idea how difficult it was. I think I'll forget about wanting to learn microwelding and let them handle it.

Yes this is an art all by it's self, I use Microfusion, they did some laser production welding for me, & was a perfect job
