HEy Guys, The owner of my shop is investigating roller burnishing Vers grinding for some of our ID work. We are currently using a cosgill single roller tool on 4140PH. He wants to hold +/- .0002" on the ID diameters. For one, is this even possable? For 2 how much should we leave for the burnisher? For 3- we are usng a .015" nose radius ID bar at .005" feed. Should we feed it a little harder or less? Any information we be greatly appreciated. P.S. Please do not mind my grammer, its been a long frustratiing Day. Chris |

| Chris, try "googling" roller burnishing or Cogsdill. They have a lot of info on their web site. Dick Z add: www.cogsdill.com
