Newbie- Help cutting aluminium

Hi,
I'm a complete newbie in CNC. I have a sable 250 machine (a small desktop machine).I work in electronics and I want to do only small jobs, like cutting a DB9 plug hole in a 1.5mm tick aluminium sheet.
But I cannot do anything right. The machine cuts, but melts everything around. Even when I cut soft plastic it gets melted. I dont use any kind of coolant. I use a spindle at 20.000 rpm and a 2 flute 2mm cutter.
Feed rate is only 100mm /minute and I use 0.25mm steps in Z axis.

What I'm doing wrong?

Feeding too slow and no method of removing heat.

Increase your feed to 500 mm/minute AND use flood coolant or air blast. (continuous)

I checked my feeds and speeds and it gave a feedrate of 200mm/minute for a 2mm cutter at 20000RPM sorry fpworks.

But agree that coolant is a must, when cutting plastic sharp tools are essential

M250cnc...I disagree...considering his 1/4 x D depth and two flutes......200mm/min is too slow.
