big square thread cutting?

Hi again

One more thread what we are need to make but I never made such a one. So its 4 groove square thread and have been total headache for me....
I added file into attachment so you can see drawing
In our Heidenhein control there is no such a choice in G37 thread description as "square thread cutting"
Also what kind of tool you recomend to use?
BTW : The pitch is 52mm

I had to make a very similar part for a race car project. i used a fourth axis in the CNC mill and an end mill to cut the threads. Unless you have live tooling, might be very hard to make in a lathe.
