#40 taper Drive Keys

I bought a used Atrump Knee mill with a NT #40 taper. I came with both spindle drive Keys(dogs) missing. I just cant seem to be able to locate replacements. Does anyone know where I can get some?

Well I would but my milling machine is down because it needs drive keys.

Do you have a tool changer that you need the alignment to be right, you did say it was a knee mill, I have not seen there knee mills with a tool changer,

If you put a tool in the spindle & take light cuts you could make the keys, you may be able to get a piece of key steel that is the right size for the slot, cut them off with a saw & drill & counterbore a hole in them put them in & make some good ones

Good Idea, I will make up some temps and with them make good ones, No there isn't a tool changer.
