Hello,

I have a Powermatic 1200 varispeed and it will not change speeds. It runs at 566 rpm, no matter which way I turn the dial. Yes, I am turning it with the machine running. This machine was purchased at at auction and has sat for the last 4 years inside. It appeared to have been running when Kurt Mfg. sold it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should be looking for? According to the data plate on the front cover, it should change from 200 rpm to 2000 rpm.
