    looking for general warmup programs

    just looking if anyone thinks they have a fairly general and good warmup program.
    i always wonder what is good as far as coolant on off spindle on and moving axis.
    one that could be used on multiple machines with little modification.

    WE USUALLY KEEP THE SPINDLE ON AND ALSO CHANGING THE SPEED PLUS MOVE THE AXIS.OUR WARMUP PROGRAM RUNS FOR ABOUT 20 MIN.

    What do have in mind? what kind machine you in your shop, how much room clearance travel for Z?
    The best way to learn is trial error.
