Bridgeport Powerpath lathe turret spinning

We have a Bridgeport Powerpath lathe and every once in a while the turret will start spinning right in the middle of a program and not stop.

Anyone ever see this?

It's a Bridgeport Power Path 15 CNC Lathe with a DX-32 control
