Recomendation wanted for a small industrial CNC mill

Hi

I'm interested in a new or used milling machine, I want something fairly small, I been looking at the hass minimills and the office mills to give you a idea of the size.
It would need a ATC and reasonably quick spindle (above 8000rpm) and feed rates (above 3m/min and 10m/min rapids).

Any recommendations or machines worth looking at.

Thanks

Chris

chris,

What kind of work are you going to do with the mill. I am kinda in the same boat. I want to create some of my own products and are just now ready to buy a mill of my own.

I make these http://www.splatshop.co.uk/splat-pegs.html and a few other bits and bobs mainly in aluminium.

I have a Bridgeport Boss CNC at the moment but it is a little slow, I'd like something I can set running and just leave it to it, hence the ATC.

What are you making.

Those look like they would be fun to machine.

Color annodizing would really put the icing on the cake...

Yeah I'd enjoyed designing them, doing the programming and machining them, the only problem is they take around 4 hours to make a pair on the old Bridgeport.

I've anodised some of the other parts I've made, using a margarine tub of all things.

I guess something like this would be ideal for me but way to much $$$
