Seicos-LII bubble memory load

Can anyone help me load my parameters back into a Hitachi-Seiki CA-23 Hi-Cell. The battery went dead on my bubble memory card. Replaced it, now all my CRT says is BUBBLE READ.

I believe this to be the right procedure. I have this listed as a MICON16 which IIRC is the LII control but it’s been awhile.

CLEAR CHECK SUM ERROR

1. Press “F1”(SEQUENCE) ->Press “F2”(DATASET) -> Press ”F4”(TABLE) ->You will see “CONSTANCE BYTE TABLE 1
2. Type 00 (same as current data) -> Press “INPUT” -> You will see “WRITE ENABLE SW ON!”
3. Turn on WRITE ENABLE SW that is on MICON16-2 board in control panel
4. Finished , Press ”F6”(END). -> You will see “WRITE ENABLE SWITCH OFF!”
5. Turn off WRITE ENABLE SW
6. Press ”F6”(END) -> Press ”F1”(SEQUENCE) ->Press” F3”(PROGRAM) -> You will see “WRITE ENABLE SW ON!”
7. Turn on WRITE ENABLE SW that is on MICON16-2 board in control panel.
8. You will see top line of ladder automatically
9. Press ”F2”(ALTER) -> You will see ___(Cursor) on screen.
10. Press ”F4”(STORE) -> Press ”INPUT”
11. Press ”F6”(END) -> You will see ”WRITE ENABLE SWITCH OFF!”
12. Turn off WRITE ENABLE SW
13. Turn off NC power -> Turn on NC power.

Well..................................
I made it to step five, then I had a couple lines of garbage on the CRT. A couple seconds later, I get the original alarms back on the screen.
104 BUBBLE ALARM
149 Bubble EC 1100
145 BUBBLE READ

Hmmm...not sure what happened there. How did you clear these alarms last time. I don't show anything refering to clearing bubble memory. I have another procedure that you can try if you can get back to the "check sum error".

1. Press NC/PC Button to go to PC Side.
2. Sum Check Error Screen press INPUT Button.
3. Press F1 Button to go to Sequence.
4. Press F3 Button to go to Program.
5. Turn Write Enable Switch ON.
6. Press F2 Button to go to Alter.
7. Press F4 STORE and then Press INPUT.
8. Press F6 End.
9. Turn Write Enable Switch OFF.
10. Turn Power OFF. Wait 10 Seconds.
11. Turn Power ON and Error should disappear

Not sure if this is the right procedure for that control. This was something I wrote down years ago and did not label it. You should know right away because the "F" buttons won't match.

The first time I had these alarms, I called in Hitachi service. They pulled the RAM board instead of Bubble board. They also pulled the battery from the RAM board. They sent the board back to me, I installed it, then I got the check sum error. My books say to replace the bubble board for bubble errors.

Exclamation

O.K. Stevo, here's the deal. Apparently my service guys wiped out my ladder. I see I need YuYu to load it, and I need the ladder. I should be able to get the ladder from service. Any ideas about the YuYu?
