No Bank is going to loan anyone any money to start a business, unless you have collateral. Even if you own a business, you need business credit to get a business loan, and they usually want at least 2 years of being in business in the first place. With this recession you can get machines cheap. Buy a used one for cash.

I literally could design my own space shuttle with CAD, every little bit, but machining it would be impossible and I've been working with these machines my whole life, mind you I make some money at it but I'm no trained machinist.
