Circuit Board Repair Help

Just a general question, who has experience getting a circuit board repaired for a reasonable price? I don't mind paying to have things fixed, but, to me there is no pain worse than feeling like I was over-charged for a repair(hyperbole). Since I don't know anything about PCB repair, I am hoping some of you guys can direct me to a trustworthy repair facility that will charge parts and labor for the repair. I appreciate any help you offer.

Here in Michigan we used a company called New electric 1-800-204-4153 they repaired some of our boards that no one else wanted to touch. We also told them that we were a small shop and that we were paying cash so we got a little deal and I believe a 30 day which is acceptable for a electronics part.
