    Femco Durga-25E Tool Change Issue

I have posted for help with this machine before and received some great feedback, so once again, I am here for some wisdom.

At random times, a tool change cycle won't work, the machine just hangs and I have to reset the program and cross my fingers it will work when I try to start the program again. However when in Handel I can change both turrets and they function fine. On thing that struck me as off is when I cycle through both turrets, if I go from turret 2 to 1, turret one will spin backwards for one tool location before spinning the right way, but if I just use turret 1, it will start off spinning the right way. I have no idea if this is relevant, but i figure more info is better than not enough.

Anyone have these troubles before? Thanks in advance for any input.

    -Garrett

On a Femco Durga 25-E I believe to index turret 1, Turret 2 must be in tool 25 position.
To index turret 2, Turret 1 must be in tool 1 position.
