    PSS1 and PSS2? matsuura Y axis.

I stripped the PSS1 valves on the z axis and cleaned them.
A squirty oil can seems to be a great way to preoil.

I just started on the Y axis. I cleaned the PSS valves on the manifold nearest to the Y axis servo motor, accesable when the table is over to the right and the tinware is off the table. When I was reassembling the valves I noticed one is a PSS2! I can't be sure where it was. The service manual doesn't include the lubrication sytem;-(
I wondered if any one had any idea whichline had the pss2 in it, or a better service manual.
Mine is a 1985 MC500V2, I would guess the others are pretty much the same.

    thanks richard

At 10 oclock this was the number 1 hit for PSS1 valve on google!
