stub acme

I am machining an internal .655-18 stub acme.I am wondering if there are any insert,threading bar or threadmill that small to machine the thread without ordering the custom made tap.

I too am curious about an Acme tool. I have a 1"-10 Acme thread 3.5 in deep that I need to thread mill. Is there any suggestions about how I would do this. I have to do it on the mill, it is an off center hole.
