Machine deburring

I am developing some deburring processes that are done after machining on my CNC machining centers. I am putting face deburring brushes in all my CNC machines. These brushes work like face mills but have abrasive media on them. They not only remove burrs but also blend the surface lines for a better cosmetic look. These brushes work well but I am having issues with "A356" castings. The condition of the material and durrs do not allow for complete burr removal. I am looking at taking the next step and doing "edge" deburring in the machine. I have found two companies that have a product to do this. They are both over in the UK so I expect the price to be higher? The one tool made by "Gravostar" looks like it will work well but they are 5,200.00. I am lkking at another tool "speedeburr" this tool will also do the job but I have not recieved any info from them yet. Does anybody do this kind of work on your machines and what tools do you use?

Like I said in my posting, the brush is not an issue and I am using Weiler brushes? The burr on the cast material is not the same as the billet that I run as well. I am using "PCD" inserts on both but the "A356" is gummy and makes a burr that is harder to remove.

Ok.
Take a look at Secos Minimaster tools. They are perfect for edge deburring.
