Jet Lathe Wiring Help Needed

I have a Jet 1340 GHB lathe and desperately need a diagram, or maybe digital photo, for the relays or contactor wiring in the main control box. I had this set up for 220v. operation, and recently moved. I had to disassemble it, and undo a lot of wiring in the process. I made a diagram before I did, but have misplaced it.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Got it, Thanks anyhow

I ended up taking a chance on how this was wired, and must have somehow got it right, no sparks flying, smoke, or fire!

Not sure if you figured it out yet, but I am trying to get some pics of it on here for you. It is a real tight squeeze into the control panel though.

I'll do what I can.

Thanks for the help. Pics would be great. Unfortunately I did get a little smoke, after pulling the motor out and finding the starter switch under the fan was out of adjustment I flipped the breaker turned it on and the motor spun in one direction I was pretty excited. I tried the other direction with nothing happening. So I tried a different combination, the motor spun one way but when I put the switch in the opposite direction I overloaded the capacitor on the side of the motor. With a puff of smoke and loud pop I was out of commission for the weekend. Now I get to drive 45 miles to the nearest supply house this morning and hopefully get the wiring correct this afternoon.
Other than this initial set up, how is your machine working? It appears to be everything I need in my small gunsmith shop, http://www.jwhitegunsmithing.com, any pointers or things I should be aware of before I get started with it?

Hi Jim,

I tried taking some pics. last night, but will be of little use to you. They turned out as blurry as can be because of it being so close. I will have to loosen the gear head and turn it to get good pics. of the control panel for you.

I searched everywhere for a wiring diagram when I was in your shoes, and it seems there are none to be found.

As far as tips or pointers go, the only thing I have had trouble with is the tail stock. From off setting it all the time to do taper work, the cheap casting that the set screws push on have crumbled away, and now I can't really adjust right any more. Other than that, as long as you get the head squared up with the bed real good, keep it oiled and clean, it should be a great machine for you.

After watching your video on the double barrel, You're the one that could give me tips and pointers on anything else! Nice work.

Ok..... I must be a nice guy because this was a pain in the @## Anyhow, I took some pics, and just hope they make sense. I also used my awesome drawing skills, LOL!!! and made a diagram to help make more sense of it.

If you need anymore help let me know.
