    Gildemeister T-42

    I have been working on a Gildemeiter T-42 lathe and have found that the spindle motor encoder needs to be replaced. The spindle motor is a Franz Kessler, Typ: SMS 100.70.6.ABS. Does anyone have any technical information on this encoder and or a procedure for installation. Our machine documentation has no material covering this subject. Thanks in advanced.
