    Setup instruction

I work in a fairly large shop with 2 FMS lines setup with 5 machines each and 40 work pallets per line. One of the problems is a lot of new jobs come in and setup instructions for the jobs sometimes get left by the way or are not updated. Is there any software available that makes it easier to put together a setup book along with easy drawing software to make the visuals?

    Thanks

pre-printed forms for the operators/programmers/engineers/whoever to note things on. Setup instructions, tool list, etc. + digital camera = pretty good setup books.
