Bending

I would like to bend some clamps, similar to a 2 hole conduit clamp-3/4 id, from 1/8 x 1, or steel flat bar.

If I would do this with a Di-Acro, which bender would be able to accomodate 1/2 and larger id's?

Would a model 2 be too big?

I may use up to 2 in wide, for future projects

Here is my advice, invest in a Oxy-acetylene set. I'm sure you can find it all with some small tanks for under $500 if you look around. Then you can bend all the steal you want and weld it too.

I have oxy/acet, wire feed and arc welder, as well as a 12 ton press.
I'd just like to find a cool way to bend brackets etc., using a bender, or the press.
Maybe someone could tell me how to make dies for the press.
