I just bought a used lathe and it didn't come with a tool holder. I want to build a QCTP, but I need something to hold the tooling to start with. Does anybody have a tool holder they want to sell cheap? I looked on eBay and couldn't find anything reasonable.

First you get good, then you get fast. Then grouchiness sets in.

That's what I what to make. I'm looking for something like this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA:IT&ih=015
That thing was only $22.50 delivered! How much cheaper are you looking for?! Maybe stop in at a shop and give them a $150 deposit to borrow an old one of theirs for a weekend, then return it and get your cash back, if you're a nice guy I know a lot of shop owners around here that would help a brother out in a situation like that... (Done it many times...)
EXIT 85 Manufacturing "The best custom wheels, period" (www.exit85.com)
Experts in low volume, highly complicated, one-off forged aluminum wheels
That was a fair deal, what I am looking for is a deal like that one. I figured someone would have one they wanted to get rid of before I go to eBay.
