i need cnc routing-milling machine

i need a little cnc machine for fast prototyping pcb that contains TQFP 64 pin ic packages. can i achieve this resolution-precision with using gecko 203 drivers for 3 axis, 1.8 degree stepper, and proxxon mf70 ?

is there any good , low cost alternative? http://www.k2cnc.com/shop/proddetail...%2D2514&cat=26
what is your opinion about this product? has it anought precision?

if you need something small, consider one of these: http://cgi.ebay.com/WidgitMasters-Pr...QQcmdZViewItem

a very nice machine that member Widgetmaster makes.

how can i trust that specifications? and which one is more suitable because prices of them are close and k2cnc gives steppers.http://www.k2cnc.com/shop/proddetail...%2D2514&cat=26

is gecko 203 right choice?

what is the most little milling-cutter pen? is 0.01 mm possible?

Holycnc,

The machines you mentioned might hold .025mm, I would look at a Minitech if you are serious about holding .01mm or better.

Also you might want to look at a NSK Astro Spindle Motor because the runout might be a problem otherwise.

Plan on spending about $12,500.00

Take care,

Jeff...

Example (produced with A360):
- TSSOP 38 pins with 8 mils pads and 7.5 mils insulation + full
copper rubout. Manufacturer states 4 mil traces, 4 mil insulation are OK.
- screen shot from the software
