Cool Yasnac 3000g Startup problem

I recently obtained a Matsuura MC500V Mini Master fitted with Yasnac 3000G controls. The servos won't start and error 31 is reported. It appears that the circuits are wrong/incomplete. I think the unit was updated with a new SVM contactor NCM contactor from Matsuura and an additional relay board fitted. My guess is that these relays somehow link to SVM to prevent the servos coming on if there is an emergency stop situation or an external device is not ready. The problem is that without circuitry for this area it's a bit hard to track down the fault. Help Please. The input and output diagnostic bits all look OK. Also need a circuit for the tape reader interface if available.
Regards BigBobH
